Affiliate program terms

These terms apply to anyone taking part in the Olivings affiliate program. By creating an affiliate account you agree to them. Our general site terms and privacy policy also apply.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, resident in a country that Stripe Connect supports for payouts, and not a current Olivings employee or contractor. You're responsible for any tax, reporting, or business registration the program triggers in your jurisdiction.
2. Your code and link
On approval we issue one affiliate code and one share link tied to your account. You may share these on channels you own or control. You may not impersonate Olivings, register confusingly similar domains or social handles, or bid on Olivings brand keywords on Google, Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms.
3. Commission
You earn 20% of the first paid month of any new Premium subscription attributed to you, in euro, net of refunds, chargebacks, and processing fees. The rate may be revised; the rate shown in your dashboard at the time a conversion is recorded is the rate that applies to that conversion.
4. Attribution
Attribution uses a 30-day last-click window from the first time a visitor lands via your link. If a visitor enters your code at checkout, that code takes precedence over any cookie. We don't pay commission on visitors who were already on a paid Premium plan before your click.
5. Exclusions
Self-referrals (including spouse, household, or alternate accounts), existing or returning Premium customers, trial-only signups that never pay, signups that refund within 14 days, and traffic generated through coupon-aggregator sites, deal forums, incentivised installs, or paid-to-click networks are not eligible for commission.
6. Payouts
Payouts run monthly in euro via Stripe Connect, once your cleared balance is at least €25. Balances below the threshold roll over to the next month. You must complete Stripe onboarding (identity and bank details) before any payout can be sent. You're solely responsible for taxes due in your country.
7. Promotion rules
Be honest. No spam, no unsolicited DMs, no misleading claims about Olivings, no fake reviews. Comply with disclosure rules in your market (for example #ad or "affiliate link" under FTC or ASA guidance). Don't post the code on coupon, voucher, or cashback sites.
8. Termination
Either side may end this agreement at any time, for any reason. We may pause your account, withhold unpaid balances, or claw back commissions tied to fraud, breach of these terms, or refunded subscriptions. Earned and cleared commissions are paid out on the next normal cycle.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be sent to the email on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation after that date counts as acceptance.
10. Liability and governing law
Olivings is provided as is, with no warranty beyond what the law requires. Our total liability under this program is capped at the commission paid to you in the prior 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes will be resolved in the Irish courts.
